New comment form - Yay or Nay?

Hi all! So, I was thinking about changing the comment form on my blog for a while but I wanted to hear your opinion first. I signed up on Disqus and installed the new form which you can see below. I'd just like to know whether you prefer this one or the original Blogger comment form? Does this one puts you off commenting or do you like it? I'd appreciate your help. :) Thank you! xxx
